Spicy Black Bean and Corn Salsa



  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red onion, red bell pepper, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the habanero infused olive oil and garlic-lime balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the black bean and corn mixture, and toss to combine.
