Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed, or 1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup Toodles Texas Habanero Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Toodles Texas Garlic-Cilantro Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red onion, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
