Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cantaloupe, cubed
  • 6 oz. prosciutto, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 2-4 tablespoons Toodles Texas Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine cantaloupe, prosciutto, basil, and mozzarella balls.
  2. Drizzle with Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar and add freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  3. Serve immediately for a delightful, summery experience.

Alternative with Mixed Greens:

To serve on a bed of mixed greens such as arugula and baby spinach:

  1. Place washed and dried greens in a bowl.
  2. Mix with Toodles Texas Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar and Toodles Texas Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil, using more or less according to your liking (we prefer a 1:1 ratio with the mild acidity levels of our balsamics).
  3. Arrange the dressing-coated salad in serving bowl, top with melon, mozzarella, prosciutto, and basil. Drizzle with more balsamic and add freshly ground black pepper to taste (salt is often unnecessary because of the saltiness of the prosciutto).

Enjoy the refreshing harmony of flavors and elevate your everyday culinary experience with this exquisite, easy-to-prepare salad!
