Ingredients:
- 1/2 cantaloupe, cubed
- 6 oz. prosciutto, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 2-4 tablespoons Toodles Texas Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large serving bowl, combine cantaloupe, prosciutto, basil, and mozzarella balls.
- Drizzle with Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar and add freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately for a delightful, summery experience.
Alternative with Mixed Greens:
To serve on a bed of mixed greens such as arugula and baby spinach:
- Place washed and dried greens in a bowl.
