Brewing Instructions: For a cup of hot tea, use one rounded teaspoon of tea leaves. (To make iced tea, use 1-1/2 teaspoons per cup to compensate for ice dilution.) Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Always cover your tea when steeping--the leaves will unfurl properly when covered. Remove tea leaves and enjoy!
